People Types and Tiger Stripes

Another book that has provided me with a solid understanding of how type impacts how we each perceive the world is People Types and Tiger Stripes by Gordon Lawrence. This book does a great job exploring how learning and teaching styles and communication skills are impacted by our MBTI types. Since we in the veterinary profession are lifelong learners and teachers, this is a unique resource to help bridge the gap between how we learn and how coworkers and clients learn or prefer to be taught.
