Charlie Powell is the Senior Public Information Officer for Washington State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and the Public Information Director for the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association providing combined experience of more than 35 years.  He also teaches Crisis and Risk Communication for WSU’s Edward R.
